PROPERTY REVIEW: The homes managed by APlus Properties meet very high comfort standards, and we frequently check that this level is maintained for the well-being of the guests.

RESERVATION MANAGEMENT: As soon as you find the home that meets your main requirements in terms of the number of rooms, we will contact you to confirm your interest in the chosen home and will request the reservation payment of 30% of the total price.

*In case you do not find the desired home on our website, please contact us so that we can have the pleasure of helping you to make your personal selection.

Once we have received the 30% reservation payment, the house will be blocked for that period and this will be reflected in the availability calendar.

The remaining amount must be paid one week before Check-in.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT: Check in will be done between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. and Check out will be done before 12:00 noon on the day of departure. We will agree on the arrival time to welcome guests, we will give them a tour of the property and we will explain where the basic items are. On the day of departure, we will receive the property, collect the keys and check that everything is in order.

CLEANING AND LAUNDRY: We manage the total sanitization and disinfection of all the rooms of the property, the linen and the household items.

MAINTENANCE: If during your stay there is any breakdown, we quickly take care of the repairs that guarantee the comfort of the guests.

INCIDENT ATTENTION: We will promptly attend to any possible incident of the guests during the rental period.

OTHER IMPORTANT ASPECTS:

* Please note that children over 7 years old book as adults.

* Please comply with the basic rules of coexistence and of the community in which you are, with periods of rest and silence between 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. and between 10:00 p.m. – 10:00 a.m.
