These are the services we offer to owners of rental properties:

INITIAL STUDY OF THE PROPERTY: We want the characteristics and comfort of your property to arouse the interested of potential tenants and by this to maintain permanent rental dynamic.

We can carry out a detailed study of your property to optimize rentals and we will write a report to take all necessary measures to make it the ideal rental accommodation.

PUBLICATION AND MARKETING: After the initial setup of the property, we will take professional photos that highlight the qualities of the property and we will upload them to our website so that they receive maximum attention from possible interested parties.

CONTRACT: We will sign a rental contract according to current law.

SELECTION OF GUESTS: We will select the ideal guests for your home and attend to their requirements and needs from Check-in to Check-out, trying at all times to exceed the expectations.

RESERVATION MANAGEMENT: The houses are reserved with a payment of 30% of the total rental amount. The rest of the total rent will be received prior to Check-in.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT: We will welcome the guests and give them a tour of the property, explaining all basic things. On the day of departure, we will go to the property, collect the keys and check that everything is in order.

CLEANING AND LAUNDRY: We will manage the cleaning and sanitizing of your home, as well as the linen laundry and the maintenance of outdoor areas.

MAINTENANCE: If before, during or after the rental we note that there is any kind of breakdown, we quickly take care of the repairs that guarantee the comfort of the guests.

INCIDENT ATTENTION: We will assist owners and guests during rental management in case of any incident or doubt.

ANNUAL KEY HOLDING: The annual key management service must be consulted. If you hire the service, we will review the home every month, remove the mail from the mailbox and check the general state of the property. We will also check that the property has not been illegally occupied. Other services, such as gardening or regular cleaning will be charged additionally.

   8. Washer.

   9. Dishwasher.

   10. Board and iron.

   11. Cleaning articles.

 

PAYMENT FREQUENCY: The payment of each month will be carried out in the first 10 days of the following month.
