ANNUAL KEY HOLDING

The annual key holding service of APlus Properties has a cost of €250/year.

By contracting this APlus Properties service, we agree to:

   1. Check the house once a month.

   2. Remove the mail from the mailbox (a full box is a sign that the home is not being visited by the owners).

   3. Check the general condition of the property.

   4. Supervise that the property has not been illegally occupied.

Additional services such as garden maintenance, pool maintenance or regular cleaning will be charged additionally.

* Garden and pool maintenance - €20/hour.

* Cleaning of the complete house or by stays - €15/hour.
